Are they hiding something from me?

It just came to mind, that the woman who has my highest DNA match on Ancestry.com—claims to have met me once when I was a child. However, now that I think about it. She was mistaken. I strictly remember my mom telling me that they took my little sister Adeilah who sometimes claims to be Irish on her documents—to visit relatives in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and not me. I remember feeling sad that my grandmother Barbara also known as Bob—took Adeilah to Milwaukee to meet relatives who they claim I resemble so much…but in spite of…still left me out of the equation. the question is why? I was never invited to that trip. I have always wondered why I wasn’t included? Besides this is the fact that I’m African American with—O blood type and my sister who looks nothing like me is blood type AB—I’m not a geneticist, so I’m not sure if the difference means anything; considering I know neither of my parents blood type. However, I felt like it was worth mentioning. Furthermore, so far my DNA is only matching me to the Byrds and Rookards/Ruckers/Rackards, Bloodline etc…Strangely, there is no match or connection to the Byrds and the Rookards to my father and his mother—who is my grandmother. This bloodline from my father’s side of the family also appears to be some of the same relatives from my mother’s side of the family—which doesn’t make make sense to me??? My mother was given away as a child and her birth certificate wasn’t made until four years later. I just realized that when my mother sent the photo of her birth certificate a few days ago. Apart from this, my mother told me she was raised by her mother’s aunt and her sisters supposedly. The women’s name were Thelma, Fannie, and Myrtle, and it just so happens that on my father’s side there is a Thelma, Fannie and Myrtle Rookard. I’m curious to see what other information will unfold. Additionally, my newly found relative with such a high DNA match, Jacqueline who is married to a man name Boyce, as of this moment has not granted me permission to view her DNA ancestry tree, although I have asked several times for permission to examine the tree but so far no luck. The ancestry tree is currently still hidden from me. Let’s just see how this goes….
